I am proud of my country

I didn't vote for Obama. I don't think he is qualified. I don't agree with his policies or his view of the world. He is my president and he will get my prayers. I will not spend the next four years trying to destroy his family and administration like the left has done for eight years to President Bush. I will pray for him and his family and hope his presidency is a huge success for our country and not just his party.

The next two years the democrats have full control of the US Government and they better get some stuff done. I will not allow my television to be consumed with whining in two years that anything is the republicans fault. When the congressional elections are held in two years I better not hear one word from democrats about change or we need to head in a new direction. You guys are in charge and you have the majority, now either solve global warming and poverty or we will kick your butts to the curb in two years. I am sick of hearing it is all our fault and you want change. You have the wheel and the control of the map. Now let's get moving!

I pray that in two years it is so obvious that we were wrong that even I vote for democrats in the congress. I pray that in four years it is so clear Obama was the man for the job that even I vote for him.

I don't know what will happen in 2 years or 4 years but I do know we are headed in a new direction and this is the man we chose to lead us there. So to you Mr. President Elect I say congratulations and I pray God gives you the wisdom and courage to lead our nation. I will support you where I can and I will oppose you where I can not but I will do it with dignity and honor.

I'm sorry for your loss. You're a better man than I, considering I'm not one, but I doubt I'll ever vote blue. I'm thinking that '08/'12 will be the new '76/'80.

Anyway, I have to go get ready for my own gov't intrusion this afternoon...
